Appearance:
A thin woman with quite a bit of muscle she has that sleek form that an orca has. Her skin is a pale, almost ghost like white that her Asian blood line carries for the most part. Much more pale then a normal one of her people would be she is also a bit taller by a few inches. Jody stands about 5'8" and doesn't really have hips because of her animal form being a sleek water creatures.
Her hair is black and her eyes are a almost pitch color. Her hair is a wavy sort and is a bit more thin then she would really like sometimes. It is rare that she straightens it and usually has it falling down her back. Clothing wise she rarely dresses, if she does it will be a short black halter top dress, or her pair of faded blue jeans and a black spaghetti strap shirt. Rarely will she wear make up since she is almost always by the water

Personality:
Jody is a friendly girl who doesn't really like to be alone. Thanks to Orca's normal habits and instincts of living in a pod(family group) she becomes lonely and stressed easily when away from others. When there is no one around she will fund just about anything to keep her company, whether it be prey or not. She has been known to follow sharks, fish, seals and other creatures around just to keep herself from being alone.
When people are around she is a calm more quiet person who can become a wonderful friend if given a chance. It is a rare moment to get her away from the water, if ever really. She loves to take long showers or baths when she is in her human form which makes up for being in her animal form. Being an orca in the water to her is like flying, and the best thing in the whole entire world.
Jody will put on shows for anyone who would like them to, it simply makes her feel a purpose has been given to her. She enjoys gliding through the water at top speed and jumping, doing flips, and hunting sharks. Of course most orcas prefer to do that in a pod but there is none around her.

Past:
Jody was the youngest child in family that she was born into. Her parents were middle class while the rest of her family was a little more in the upper class. She never cared to much and her first few years were fine. Her oldest sibling was Garret, who was about twelve years older then her when she was born, always took good care of her. He was the baby sitter and never really minded.
She turned three and that was when things got stranger. She finally shifted into her animal form and it ended up being on land. Her parents were unsure why she became a water creature since one of them was a weasel and the other was a water bird. But that was what they got for crossing their completely different animal forms crossing.
When Jody was about thirteen she started becoming more dependent on being around water then she even used to be. More of her animal started coming out on her and it was after she first shifted. Before her need for water was not life concerning. She wouldn't leave the sea shore for another few years until she mentally got herself used to being away from water. She also found her skin dried rather fast and she had to constantly had to make sure it was moisturized and couldn't go anywhere dry unless she was under the water in her whale form.
Jody was forced to move away from her family because they all couldn't stay with her and weren't to much a fan of the cold. Her brother stayed with her for a while until he passed away after getting an injury thanks to a strange spiny fish. Jody was then left alone and that was where her issues with being alone started up.
Sample Post:(300 word minimum)
The young woman stood on the edge of the rocks, bare feet rubbing against the rough surface of the stones beneath them. Her black hair billowed in the wind behind her as she turned. Her hands moved to the back of her neck untying the black halter top dress she was wearing and it slowly slipped to the ground. Her almost black eyes stared out at the water as it crashed against the rocks letting the sea spray hit her face. The woman inhaled the salty smell and closed her eyes savoring the smell before leaping off the rocks, blue fire consuming her body and in it's place appeared a massive killer whale. The black and white creature hit the water causing huge waves to over lap at the shore as she sped downward. Clicks emerged from her toothed jaws as she opened them a little exposing the huge teeth that were hidden by the smooth skin that covered her body.
She flicked her fluke a few times staying in place and looked around before turning her body to look back up at the surface of the water. She squealed and clicked a few times before diving down a few feet and then moving back towards the surface. The female shifter poked her blow hole just out of the water as spray burst into the air and she took in more air. She swam a little closer to shore wanting to just have some company. After being alone for months she was loosing her mind, her brother dead, her family left her, she didn't know what to do. A school of fish swam around the way she was heading and she swam towards them. The fish darted away and she followed after. Her dark eyes just able to see against the white spot on her head. A few more clicks and she was off chasing after the fish. She caught a few and then gave up not really feeling up to it
