GENERAL:Rosalie tends to be a very cold businesslike person that rarely gets affectionate. That said, she is a master at manipulating those around her and other creatures have been known to get ‘lost’ in her eyes. She can often be seen wearing a cross and carrying with her a sword despite her night crawler heritage. She is a tall slim creature that is curved well but often attempts to hide her femininity.
ATTIRE:Rosalie often wears clothing more befitting of a man, with her skin tight pants, thigh high pirate boots, corset, ruffled under shirt and of course, her signature red and gold trimmed coat. That said, Rosalie is never mistaken for a man and on occasion has been known to dress appropriately for her gender.
SCARS: Rosalie only has one notable set of scars. Three long jagged scars trail from the middle of her lower back to her navel. Few know of her scars, and though she will never willingly converse with someone lower than herself, she has denied more than one rashly detailed rumour. [/SIZE]

DISLIKES: Ugly creatures, another having dominance over herself, humans, unhygienic people, other vampires.
STRENGTHS:Her age and intelligence have always been known to precede her, as well as her Telepathic abilities which she often uses to her advantage.
WEAKNESSES:Her selfishness, lust for utter perfection, vanity and unquenchable thirst for blood often get the best of her. She is a stubborn creature that is headstrong and arrogant at the best of times, though when in a good mood can pretend to be a tolerable woman.
QUIRKS/HABITS:Rosalie is used to spending large amounts of time with different races, and so has learnt to at least tolerate their existence on a physical level. She does however often twitch when said creatures get too close, and on occasion, after being touched by one has been known to wash her hands. Rosalie has a rather frightening signature sneer that is often a subconscious reaction to something she finds unpalatable.
FEARS: Rosalie’s one and only fear is death, and so has taught herself how to defend herself and be on guard at all times, no matter the situation.
GOALS: Rosalie simply wants to live forever, gain in power and maintain the glorious form in which she lives now.
PERSONALITYRosalie is not so much arrogant as she is cocky. Being of her age, with her background, armed with the skill set she possesses gives her a ferules sense of security. She wants for people to admire her and she often admires herself. Though she is very difficult to get close to because of her age, background and race, Rosalie is a fiercely loyal friend. Rosalie has been known to strike a deal with almost anyone in order to obtain blood. This blood based relationship however does not mean she will acknowledge the other persons existence outside of their transactions. Unless of course, that person happens to be of some merit or value. CURRENT RESIDENCE: Rarely stays in one place for more than a few months, though still has her father’s estate in Blood city and does stay there from time to time.
HISTORY: Rosalie was born as a happy health pure-blooded night crawler. Her birth mother, Terra Faye however, died shortly after giving birth, and though Ezra loved his daughter dearly, had always secretly blamed the child for his lover’s death. Ezra however treated Rosalie in a rather distant way, and from a very young age was taught to be independent.

Ezra disappeared on Rosalie’s 100th birthday, leaving behind all his worldly possessions to his daughter. His actions still to this day perplex many of his closer friends and colleagues, and though he is assumed dead Rosalie refused to believe their speculation. It was little less than a year later that Rosalie began scouring the world for her father and still to this day refuses to give up hope. It was the other vampire’s cynicism that finally convinced her that their idea of society did not fit her well.

For now Rosalie is content to travel the new world in quiet search for her father, picking up odd jobs here and there and utilizing her gifts whenever possible. She had often trained with her father in the arts of combat and has ritualistically continued to carry out such practices, partly for practical reasons and partly, though she’d never admit it, because running through her old exercise drills remind her dearly of her missing father. It would have been only a few months ago that she came across imp, her small limping albino wolf cub companion. She found the wolf bleeding to death on the side of a travellers road one right, and rather than put the creature out of its misery, she took pity on the small wolf and tried to heal its wounds. She had intended to simply part ways with the creature, but ‘imp’ had grown too fond of regular meals and soapy bathwater to leave. And so Rosalie acquired herself a companion.

Ooops! Sorry! I’ve been a bit busy lately and what you’ve read above I just threw together within a few hours. Is it alright if I use a piece from the harry potter thread I contribute to? I’ll list it below, and if it’s not acceptable, just let me know x



Fatum sat in the rather empty Ravenclaw common rooms by and open window and gazed out at the snow covered mountain tops. The fact she was freezing and certain parts of her body had become numb long before she ever opened the window didn’t matter. She was dressed respectively tonight at least. Though she had gone to bed with the rest of the Ravenclaw students, dressed in not but her baby blue night gown and a pair of thick knee high socks, she had not been able to sleep. Around 2am she had roused from her bed and slipped on a pair of blue pajama bottoms and a large, if not somewhat thin, purple button-up sweater.

Fatum often had trouble sleeping of a night, and truthfully it was not rare for her to sit quietly in the Ravenclaw common rooms long after the other students had fallen into their own dreaming states. Julien—or perhaps she should call him Professor Juliet—and Fatum had spoken of the matter. He did not like the idea that one of his students was not in bed when she should be. But after the two had discussed her mental state and the side effects it came with, he agreed to let her out of her bedroom. That is, as long as she did not venture further than the Ravenclaw common rooms that was. Of course, it had only been her mental state the two had spoken of, and not the lengths to which it drove her.

As she gazed out of the window and looked down towards the ground, she wondered how long it would take for her to hit the bottom. She decided the fall would not be far enough to ensure her death, unless she could go head first. Though she speculated that if she held her thin body rigid enough on her way down, the impact could break her neck, or perhaps another part of her spine…

She shook away the though as quickly as it had come and stroked the inside of her left wrist absently, the way she always did when she felt unsure of herself. The small, barely visual scars felt strange against the ends of her fingertips. They were not thick or disfiguring as some scars seemed to be, but rather smooth and even which made them much easier to cover up when she was behind a camera. But the small imperfections of her long slender arms were one of the only things that reminded Fatum of her humanity. Perhaps she was an evil abomination, and perhaps she did deserve to die, but at least she was not too conceded to admit it or to feel sorry for what she had become.

It was not that Fatum was worried she may carry out the deed; it was in the knowing that she wanted to which scared the poor girl so much. It was not a normal want, to jump from an open window and leave ones lifeless body on the ground for whomever to find at random. Then again, Fatum was by no means a normal girl. Nor was anyone within her family truly ‘normal’.

Fatum sighed and let her head fall back against the wall. Today would be interesting to say the least. It was her first weekend back at the castle and for the first week of school she had received no letters back from her family in which she could devote her personal time answering. This had happened a few times the year before, but it turned out to be merely her father’s busy schedule keeping him from forwarding all of her more personalized mail. But whenever it happened Fatum often found herself studying pointless subjects, visiting Hogsmeade to buy things she could rarely justify as necessary, or on certain occasions, even putting herself through a vigorous exercise from daylight till sunset.

But today Fatum had a rough idea of what she would do. In the morning, at roughly 5am, she would start out with a thorough work out and a short but highly demanding run that would cover most of the grounds. At 7am she would come back to the common rooms to shower, change, and get ready for breakfast. After breakfast in the company of students that could barely stand her, she would read or study quietly in the Library for a few hours, or perhaps observe the other students as she did from time to time, before heading into Hogsmeade for a quick drink and a smoke. But nothing could upset her more than when she had to come back to this stupid castle and crawl into a room filled with people who despised her down to the very core. Coming from experience, Fatum knew that a day like today would surely end in tears.
